Add Session Filtering to your event

Here is how to enable session filtering on the main page

This is a great feature in case you have 20+ sessions (roundtables, 1on1, sessions) and help your attendees to find the right ones for them to join.


We explain you how to setup custom filter fields and import the data for your hosts.

  1. Go to Menu > Advanced and create some custom profile fields (e.g. Industry or Products or Expertise) for your hosts.

  2. In the column Filterable, toggle on Sessions Overview per field (as per in the image above) to display it on the main page.
    ​

  3. Go to Attendees > Import Attendees and upload your session hosts their answer data for the custom profile fields (comma seperated for multiple values).

  4. Now preview your event and see how your attendees can filter sessions in an easy way!
