Trial Run - understand the process behind creating tables and engaging participants

Follow these steps to understand how tables are created and meetings are scheduled

  1. Send the “Host form invite” email to yourself > Fill in the form and choose your availability

2. Click "Preview" > Go to the chosen time slot when filling the session form > You'll see your table. It's also visible in the "Sessions" section inside the system

3. By clicking "Request meeting" you can request the meeting with a host and include your motivation

4. Host will receive your request and motivation and will be able to accept or decline the meeting request

5. Go to > sessions and find the session you wanted to join. You will see a bell icon next to the session title. Click Show seats/requests to view the seating details and accept your request. Once accepted, you'll be seated at the session.
