Make sure your logo/picture/image is online in a URL. (pdf,jpeg etc is not possible) If you dont have it in URL there are free converters who can host your file. Example: https://imgur.com
Go to Emails > Email Template> icon with insert a image
3. Paste your image URL in the first field > OK.
4. Adjust the size with 3rd field "Dimensions" if needed.
