Troubleshooting: Allocation of 1on1 meetings

In case allocation doesn't work for 1on1 meetings, here is what to do.

Here are the most common mistakes that helps troubleshooting for having troubles with allocating the 1on1 meeting timeslots:

  1. Double sessions for a host
    Tip: export list of sessions to find out

  2. More meetings for 1 attendee to be able to join within timeslots (often happens when eventmanager start to seat people in meetings)
    Tip: export list of seats to find out

  3. Eventmanager seats hosts to have a meeting with another host while having meetings themselves within the same time-frame.
    Tip: export list of seats to find out

  4. Session starting times are not correct, should all start at the same date & time
    Tip: export list of sessions to find out

  5. Finish time is not meeting time range
    Tip: export list of sessions to find out

  6. Attendee is seated twice in the same session
    Tip: export list of seats to find out
