2. You will be prompted to open a popup to install. Open popup and then close the widow without installing anything. This will allow you to continue without extension when pop up appears.

3. Click on Continue without extension

4. Start the recording and follow the further instructions

5. Confirm by choosing which screen you like to share (full screen vs Krowden application window). Preferably choose ‘chrome browser tab’ and select the tab in which the session is taking place. This prevents the accidental sharing of information.

6. Click on the recording button again > stop recording

7. Download your recordings by clicking on Save now or later from:
​https://krowden.whereby.com/user/get-recording
