STEP 1 - Go to MANAGE EVENT > ATTENDEES
STEP 2 - TICK the BOX on the top to select ALL ATTENDEES (see image below) or JUST TICK THE ONES YOU PREFER for this new email
STEP 3 - Click on the SEND EMAIL button (envelope icon) on the tab that appears below
STEP 4 - Update the CONTENT OF YOUR EMAIL as you desire
STEP 5 - Select the TEMPLATE
OPTION CHANGE TEMPLATE - Click on CHANGE TEMPLATE for updating the version of one of your current scheduled emails
OPTION CREATE NEW TEMPLATE - Click on CREATE NEW TEMPLATE (Option 2) for adding a whole new personalized email
2.1. Create a NEW TITLE for this new template of email and click on SAVE
2.2. Type now the CONTENT of your new email!
STEP 6 - Click on SAVE EMAIL and choose whether to send it now or later!
