Send a reminder to hosts with open requests

Remind your session hosts to accept/decline meeting requests

  1. Go to MANAGE EVENT > MAIL and click on Compose email.

  2. Choose the email template to send - Host Accept/Decline

  3. Choose which segment to send it to - Host with requests

    4. Click on Preview email & send - make sure the email content is correct and click          on "Send" and wait until it’s finished (do not close the page).
