How to enable matchmaking for your event

  1. Go to Menu > Advanced or click the button below.

  2. Add Extra Profile Fields such as "Industry", "Sectors", these are the matchmaking questions to answer for your attendees.

  3. Let your attendees complete this in their profile or import the answers via Excel, Zapier (API).

  4. Enable matchmaking toggl

  5. In your event go to Attendees List (your-event-url/event-attendees) and see the result.

    How to create a test?

    1. Go into the profile of another user and add some answers

    2. Go into your own profile and add some answers

    3. Go to /event-attendees and see it's a match!

  6. Tweak the matching parameters adjusting the points. E.g. if you have a field named Type and you want to absolutely not show Match if both are "Sponsor" you put -50 points.
