How to embed documents and videos into your community portal

Documents or videos that are uploaded to Google Drive can be embedded into your platform with the following steps:

  1. Upload your PDF documents to Google Drive

  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and enable the shared document with everyone with the link

3. Create a session in the platform and put the correct Google Drive link in

4. Select the "My own link" option at the location

5. In the video conferencing link, attendees put the Google Drive link

For example, this is the Google Drive link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VSu_1QgCQjwn0dQZhsduUGvJiaeOrGD_/view?usp=sharing. Make sure to delete the view?usp=sharing part of the link and put preview as shown in this link: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1VSu_1QgCQjwn0dQZhsduUGvJiaeOrGD_/preview.

6. After that, go to the session in the front end and check out the document you uploaded:
