How to set up an automated email that includes next week's sessions to your attendees

What is it exactly and how does it work?

The weekly digest email is an email that, when automated (explained below), goes out every Monday at 10 AM in case there are sessions that take place the following week (not the current one) between Monday and Sunday.

In case there are no sessions in the upcoming week, even if the email is automated, then there will be no email sent out.

How to make it run in your event or community?

  1. Go to Mail

  2. Look for the Weekly Digest template

  3. Edit the template content in case you want to add something else and make sure that the tag [session.next.week] is in there. This tag will be what will display all the sessions of next week in the email once sent!

  4. Tick the email and make it automated so that every Monday our system tracks if there are sessions next week and then automatically sends that to your audience!

  5. This is the way it will look like once that email is sent!
