To add co-hosts to a session, you will need to upload an additional excel. We first need to create the excel sheet with the details of all the sessions. Then, if we are having co-hosts in any of them, these are the steps you will need to follow in an additional excel sheet (second excel).
1. Download the Excel file here & fill out all the yellow mandatory details.
In this case, we will only add the additional co-hosts information. No need of adding all the information since we already have the details of the session and main host in the first excel sheet we already created.
2. Go to Attendees and click on Add New Attendee
3. Choose your file
4. Check if all columns are matched right > match the unmatched columns and click Complete Import
5. Check the session in 'Preview' (right top of page, attendee view) and see if the co-host has a same colored circle and is mentioned as co-host in the session description.
