Take a good look at the error provided. Compare to the example co-host sheet.
1. Make sure that you copy paste as much information from Krowden when adding it to your own excel sheet.
2. Check if the most important attendee details are filled out in your excel. Mandatory are: Firstname, Lastname, Email, Seating type, Session name, Group, Session date, and Session starts.
Most common error:
Warning: Attendee saved but specified session is wrong.
This refers to a mistake in typing. Make sure as mentioned above to copy paste all information from Krowden.
💡 Note: it is fine if you upload the same co-hosts again, the information will not be duplicated.
