How to add an On Demand session to your event
If you want to create a session that runs for the whole duration of the event and contains a video or webinar that attendees can play at their convenience, it’s called an On Demand session.
On demand sessions are available to join for every attendee at any time during the event, as a special setting applies that makes sure it will not cause schedule conflicts with other sessions. However, that setting will need to be applied by the Krowden team in the back-end as it is not publicly available.
How to create an On Demand session:
Create parent group ‘On Demand session(s)’
Create a session as usual, but:
2.1 start time = the event start time
2.2 duration = a very large number, e.g.: 10.000
2.3 seats = the total amount of event attendees
2.4 Session group = On Demand session(s)
2.5 Location = my own link
2.6 add video/webinar URL
3. Contact Krowden to apply the schedule conflict setting. Done!
